HOWIE'S LAWN MOWER RACE INFO

ENTRY FEE IS $25 WITH 100% PAYOUT
DRIVERS MEETING 1 HOUR PRIOR TO RACE
Universal rules (applies for all classes unless otherwise stated)
- Full face helmets are required
- Mower must retain stock frame but can be strengthened and modified
- Stock wheel base must be maintained (no lengthening or shortening)
- Tethered kill switches required stock kill switch will not be accepted
- Engine must be made for mowers and be 4 stroke
- Riders must have valid driver’s license
- Hood must be secured with pins
- All moving driveline parts must be shielded from rider
- Mower must retain stock body trimming is allowed as long as no sharp edges are present
- Throttle must have two throttle return springs mounted in different locations
- Mechanical or hydraulic brakes are required
- Drivers numbers are required and must be visible on both sides
- Flywheel must be covered with stock or aftermarket shield
- All body panels are required
- Front bumpers are not allowed
- Rear bumpers are allowed but must not extended past rear tires
- Battery must be securely installed and positive terminal must be covered
- Mower engine must remain stock
- No zero turns
STOCK CLASS
Only modification allowed is pulley swaps
Mower must remain stock otherwise
Mower deck must be removed
MODIFIED 10.5hp and UNDER
Go cart axles allowed
Governors are allowed to be removed
Aluminum flywheel preferred but not required
If chain drive is present it must have a full chain guard
MODIFIED 20hp and UNDER
Go cart axles allowed
Governors are allowed to be removed
Aluminum flywheel preferred but not required
If chain drive is present it must have a full chain guard
Unlimited class
Go cart axles allowed
Governors are allowed to be removed

Engine is allowed to be modified in anyway

No horse power requirements
